How long does it take to set up a processing account?

We can typically establish your processing account in 24 hours. There are a few instances where it may take longer. Please contact our sales team for specific details. 

Do I need a terminal to process payments?

Nexio enables you to accept payment via your online patient portal, as well as through a web-based terminal for in-office payments. We can also provide a physical terminal if you prefer. 

Can I store cards on file?

Yes! Nexio not only stores cards on file, but also automatically reconciles payment information with ICANotes+.

How long is Nexio’s funding time?

We can typically provide funding in 24 hours. There are a few instances where it may take longer. Please contact our sales team for specific details. 

I am already with Stripe. Why should I switch processors?

Stripe is a great solution in many ways. However, Stripe does not integrate with ICANotes+. This means you will have to manually reconcile payment information with your other records.
